As the go-to Marketing guru within Waterleau you work closely with and offer advice to the CEO, the Sales and Business Development departments on actions to grow market presence and create business opportunities.
You develop and implement a digital Marketing strategy driving Lead generation.
You run digital marketing activities across a broad range of marketing channels such as SEO, SEA, Social Media, Mobile,..).
You monitor and drive relevant traffic to the website.
You conduct market research and set up relevant actions to drive engagement and conversion.
You manage content creation in line with digital channel requirements.
You measure results and progress by using tools such as Google Analytics.
You bring Marketing expertise to the business, adding content, tools and fresh insights.
You manage Marketing activities from concept to output, measuring results and optimizing processes.
You participate in the weekly management meetings.
You are a digital wizard relying on 8-15 years of B2B Digital Marketing experience.
You feel triggered by working in a fast-paced international environment and are acquainted with project-driven business models.
You are an expert in Lead generation, Google analytics, traffic management.
You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
You show an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on making a difference, on setting up a strong Marketing strategy, on implementing every step driving business growth through strong digital market presence.
You are analytically strong and able to think in terms of strategy, tactics and implementation.
You are hands-on; you develop and deliver; you take initiative and set priorities.

You are fluent in English, both in writing and verbally. Ideally you speak Dutch and French as well.
