You have a first experience working in HR and you are ready to follow up the organisational & administrative support within HR. You will support in developping & maintaining all HR related policies. You will help us reach the HR objectives for Waterleau

JOB CONTENT

Recruitment & Selection:

  • You are the first contact for information on job opportunities
  • You actively look for relevant profiles on LinkedIn and together with the manager, you invite candidates for a 1st interview
  • You welcome the candidates, and perform the interviews
  • You are responsible for the organisation of job fairs and will represent Waterleau
  • You will do the “Onboarding” of the new employees in Wespelaar

Training & Development

  • You will analyse the training needs and look for relevant training
  • You are responsible for the organisation & administration linked to training
  • You will keep the competency- & training matrix up to date

Personnel & Payroll

  • You will be contactperson for HR related questions (ranging from social legislation, payroll, training….)
  • You will set up & maintain HR analytical & statistical reports
  • You will support in payroll in order to ensure correct & timely payment

PROFILE

  • You have a bachelor degree in Personnel Management and have a few years relevant experience
  • You are communicative, social and fluent in Dutch & English. French is a big plus
  • You have strong administrative & organisational skills
  • You are happy to work autonomously, set your own priorities and are stress resistant
  • Being enthousiastic & assertive, you are also discreet & supportive towards your internal customer
  • You are computer literate and able to master new information & tools quickly
