What are your responsibilities?
You read the tender documents- in the language of the issuing country- in order to filter out which documents are needed.
You request all official documents needed from the Belgian Authorities, request sworn translations and have the documents notarized and legalized when necessary.
From time to time you make translations to English or French.
You make the PO’s for the sales department.
You order business cards.
You are also in charge of organizing things like team building, find a location for meeting outside with a client, invitations, etc.
You are responsible for the day-to-day support of the team
You support the secretary team when needed (about 8 hours/week you give customers a warm welcome, you arrange meeting rooms, mail, etc.)
You are back-up for travelling arrangements.
What do we expect?
You have sufficient administrative knowledge (Office: word, excel).
You have good language skills in both spoken and written Dutch and English. Any other language is an asset
You are practical, accurate, efficient and flexible.
You are a team player, hands-on and capable of working under pressure.
