The Krofta DAF Rental fleet offers a comprehensive range of compact, modular, and rapidly deployable solutions covering flotation, pretreatment, sludge dewatering, and auxiliary process equipment. This allows Waterleau to deliver complete temporary treatment systems or targeted process upgrades, tailored to site-specific needs.

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)

The fleet includes multiple Krofta DAF technologies, each designed for specific wastewater characteristics and space constraints:

• Krofta Multifloat DAF
  Extremely compact, rectangular units offering up to 7× smaller footprint compared to conventional DAF systems. Suitable for a wide range of industrial and municipal applications, with capacities from 1.5 up to 136 m³/h.

• Krofta Supracell DAF
  Robust, round, shallow DAF units designed for very dirty waters and high FOG loads, delivering up to 3× footprint reduction, with capacities from 1.8 up to 99 m³/h.

• Krofta Sandfloat
  A two-stage DAF + sand filtration system specifically developed for upgrading WWTP effluent, including compliance with new EU discharge requirements, with a nominal capacity of 15 m³/h.

Pretreatment

For applications with high oil and grease content, the rental fleet includes skidded Oil & Water Separators. These compact, low-energy units are ideal as pretreatment for highly charged FOG streams, handling flows between 10 and 50 m³/h.

Sludge dewatering

Temporary sludge management is supported through two complementary technologies:

• Screw press units
  Extremely compact and energy-efficient, achieving 12–15% dry matter, with capacities of 20–60 kg/h.

• Centrifuges
  Higher dry matter performance (22–25% DM) for demanding applications, with capacities up to 100 kg/h, where higher energy use is acceptable.

Chemical dosing, buffering and hydraulics

To complete temporary or mobile treatment installations, the rental fleet also includes:

• Compact chemical dosing skids for coagulants, flocculants, acids, caustic, disinfectants, anti-foam, and nutrients

• Buffer tanks and fine screening units for influent, effluent, or sludge streams, available in multiple sizes

• Pump skids and flexible connections, enabling rapid hydraulic integration across different flow rates and water columns
