Exciting News from Waterleau Maroc!
We are thrilled to share the fantastic achievements of the Waterleau Maroc team! Their dedication and hard work over the past year have led to the award of several significant new projects:
- We have secured the Design & Build (D&B) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract for 3 years for the new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) of the Ain Cheggag Industrial Development Zone between Fes and Meknes.
- Another great win includes the D&B and O&M of the El Marsa OCP phosphates treatment facilities wastewater treatment plant (70,000 PE) near Laayoune. The project is part of Morocco’s Emergency Water Program ensuring a sustainable supply of non-conventional water resources.
- We're also thrilled to take on the Operations and Maintenance of the Grand Nador & Bni Nsar Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants in the north, serving a combined 390,000 PE over the next 5 years.
These recent accomplishments are a testament to the hard work of our teams in both Morocco and Belgium.
As Waterleau, we continue our mission to fight water scarcity by treating wastewater and advocating for water reuse, with the ultimate goal of preserving our most precious natural resource. Because every drop counts.
