Responsibilities

• Monitoring the daily operation of wastewater treatment plants to ensure the correct quality
• Conduct regular checks on wastewater treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance
• Acting as the first point of contact for the customer
• Address unexpected breakdowns, spills, or system failures to minimize environmental impact.
• Cleaning and calibration of sensors and instruments to ensure accurate measurement and efficient operation of the treatment plan
• Install, dismantle, and move mobile treatment units as required by different locations.
• Collect and test water samples
• Document and report test results

Competencies/skills

• You are motivated, creative, and contribute your own ideas.
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• You are proactive and have a hands-on mindset.
• You have experience in a (automated) production environment.
• You are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• You love tackling challenges and take pride in finding solutions.

Qualifications

• You have a solid foundation in mechanics, electricity, and instrumentation.
• You have experience in an (automated) production environment
• You are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  Experience in the water industry is a plus; however, a strong interest is essential.
