Waterleau Group will showcase its customized  anaerobic, aerobic and membrane wastewater processing solutions at the Water Environment Federation’s Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference, September 26-28, 2016, in New Orleans, LA.

Waterleau Group is a single-source provider for water, air and waste treatment technologies, as well as energy recovery solutions. With over 35 years delivering successful water treatment engagements, Waterleau works with some of the world’s largest food and beverage brands such as Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Mars, Dannon, Dairy Farmers of America and Pfizer.

“Waterleau offers the best technology people armed with years of industry smarts, backed up with an in-house portfolio of technologies that can be combined in an optimal way to meet almost any environmental wastewater need,” says Willy Gils, President Waterleau USA. “Our speed to design-build and flexibility within our technology portfolio offers a true custom-tailored solution for the most challenging applications. This results in efficient, reliable and timely engagements that reduce the overall water footprint, turn waste water to process water, create opportunities for green fuel, optimize treatment systems, all helping to reduce plant downtime and increase capacity.”

Waterleau will highlight the following water treatment solutions at WEFTEC 2016:

  1. BIOTIM® anaerobic reactor range, which offers first class solutions for biogas production and energy recovery from wastewater coming from the food and beverage industry. This allows for the production of biogas which can be used for electricity production and/or heating, and potential for sludge growth is significantly less than aerobic treatments.
  2. BOOMERANG® water reuse solutions recover safe process water from wastewater, enabling the production of drinking water by recycling biologically treated effluent that has been polished by membrane filtration and reverse osmosis desalination. This solution substantially decreases the amount of wastewater discharged, as well as drinking water and groundwater intake.
  3. ATLANTIS® Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) and Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBBR) provide compact and flexible solutions for high quality effluent with minimal footprint.
  4. KROFTA® Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) water clarification technology using unparalleled liquid-solid separation. Each Krofta DAF system features a unique Air Dissolving Tube (ADT) a key component generating micro air bubbles helping float flocculated solids to the water surface for removal. A world leader in Solid Liquid separation Krofta counts 65 years of pioneering, perfecting and installing DAF equipment and more than 3000 Krofta plants in all industries.

Waterleau Group representatives will be available for meetings throughout WEFTEC at Booth 7013.
